Day Two Recap: Accuser interviewed, court-martial postponed, judge to rule within 30 days

In the full day of presenting motions in the precedent-setting case against Captain Gale, there has been astounding movement in the case. As promised, we are going to give a recap of today, however, many witnesses have come forward following the recent proceedings, and the Justice 4 Juan Gale team is diligently reviewing the testimony and observations. We will provide a full update by the end of this week.

Let's discuss where we are at as of right now. The rest of the week's hearings have been cancelled and court-martial dates have been rescheduled to January 13-24, 2025, following significant developments.

Captain Gale's civilian attorney, Aaron Meyer and ADC Captain Rogers presented crucial evidence to the judge, demonstrating the need for additional time to address massive discovery violations and accuser credibility issues.

Major breakthroughs:

  1. Accusers, Alexis Jordan Holderbland and Jenaiasley Soto were questioned

  2. The judge has agreed to reconsider massive speedy trial violations.

  3. The court will now address the serious charge of unlawful command influence involving Col Coyle, Lt Gen Koscheski, Lt Col Eberle, Col Voigt, Lt Col Higashi, Lt Col McCormick, Maj Bowman, and Capt Lopes.

This is a huge win for Juan, his family, friends, supporters, and legal team. Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for your continued support!
