The nearly four-year court battle for Captain Juan Gale is approaching what his supporters hope will be its final chapter. The public is invited to attend the upcoming motions hearing and court martial at the Tinker AFB Justice Center, where Captain Gale’s defense team will present their case, seeking a full dismissal with prejudice due to allegations of prosecutorial misconduct and Unlawful Command Influence.
